脆脆的很好吃，我通常都買一甜一鹹，連家裡的長輩都說好吃。常買回家給小孩吃，小孩很愛。
如果沒有當場吃，回家的時候會軟掉，拿去氣炸鍋180度烤3分半鐘，又會恢復原本脆脆又熱熱的口感喔！
The store is a stand in Dongmen Market, but easy to find since is it near one of the big roads. I personally don’t like salty cakes, but the boss recommends the cheese flavor and for me the best is the custard. Even though the price is a bit high (70nt/5 cakes) the boss makes everything to order for the best quality. They use a creative packaging which is a paper bag with holes to allow the air to flow out, keeping the cakes crispy.
Fresh and delicious egg cakes. Comes in a variety of flavours like chocolate, custard, cheese and red bean. The guy makes all the fillings from scratch himself. Much better than the markets!
巧克力卡士達和芋頭都不會過甜，特別喜歡起司口味！剛烤好還會牽絲的口感最棒！
單是老闆的態度就值得給五顆星。
現做所以要等，但看得出老闆真的很用心在做每份雞蛋糕。
蛋糕紮實卻蓬鬆，不是那種咬下去都是空氣的，而是極度濕潤的海綿蛋糕感，是吃完不會覺得口乾的雞蛋糕。
個人推薦乳酪(一定要趁熱吃)。另外之前有在光華那邊買過芋頭的，芋頭本身沒什麼調味，整體味道一般。
