services are generally good but not excellent, in particular the so called “leader of the restaurant” can hardly deliver his management skills in catering business who did not offer any comfort on customers’ suggestions and requests except putting up arguments. Other junior staff are generally good. Food with the sort of price level is not as good as expected but acceptable. Atmosphere is set at middle rather than at a 5-star level.
Peking duck is the signature dish must try

Most Cantonese dishes are well prepared & tasty, prices not cheap but acceptable for a hotel outlet. Only drawback is the rather cramply placed tables.

現場演奏，水準不錯
I had my lunch with my relatives on Sunday. You can find excellent dim sum and other Chinese dishes. Service is also good. A little pricy, but it is inside the hotel, so it is not unexpected.

五糧液雪糕係幾有趣
Pleasant, atmosphere. Friendly staff. Excellent service. Advisable to book in advance if you’d like their duck and always advisable to book a table. Prices are a bit on the higher end as you would expect. Peking duck three course is what we always have. Along with the cha siu, and pan fried dumplings.
One critique would be their tea glasses. You would expect them to be of better quality in a place like this. On a few occasions the glasses were wonky.

Wanted the famous duck but there was a 90 minute wait! Had pork, chicken, stir fried noodle and rice, and some dumplings. All good for me.

Nice and quiet place to have a relaxed coffee time. Coffee served by double~layered glass. Nice coffee but quite expensive. Very small place but good daylight. Nice to sit next to the window.
Good without being great. Previously been described as the best duck in hk, yet are now bit rushed to get people through (everything comes out St once). Pancake and sauce for the duck is highlight with good service.

看 來 這 間 少 林 寺 抽 來 好 多 人，走 馬 燈 般 的！烤 鸭 仍然妈。
食物與招呼都好，比去五星酒店吃自助餐好很多

I dined with a small party of 6 this weekend, we ordered the popular Peking duck, salted egg prawn with fish skins and some desserts.
The duck arrived cold, meat was tough and I was amazed they didn’t let the duck grow into an adult before serving it. The size of the bird – I thought I was having a large quail!
Prawn was decent, lukewarm and the fish skin was pretty nice. Fusion Desserts like the wine chocolate ice cream, really just flavoured ice cream.
Service was sub standard, they had a young man who looked like he was part timing out of university and didn’t really pay attention to us… the only table in reach of 8 other tables. He didn’t serve tea to our friends until we told him he didn’t.
Bill arrived at $2000. I won’t be coming back that’s fo sure.
To satisfy my Peking duck craving, The next day I went elsewhere and ordered 2 ducks for a quarter of the price.
Decent quality food and price.
